Monica Brinser

PRESIDENT & CEO

Monica has over 20+ years of hands-on expertise in Human Capital Management and several years of consulting expertise. She has managed human resources departments and worked for staffing companies to consult with businesses and recruit employees nationwide and internationally.  She has experience in a variety of industries and markets that span from financial services, entertainment, non-profits to manufacturing. Monica has a passion for assisting companies in improving their approach to HR Compliance Management and Recruiting.  

Nicole Ledford

HR ASSOCIATE

Nicole Ledford has been apart of the New Level Resources team since 2012 and has over 7 years of management and human resources experience. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University Channel Islands and graduated Magna Cum Laude.  Nicole displays a passion for helping people and along with the variety of skills developed over the years she continually provides a high level of service and support to our clients.

Nidia Rodriguez

HR SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Nidia Rodrigues, PHR is a professional Human Resources Consultant and Translator with over 15 years experience.  She has provided Human Resources services to manufacturing, agricultural, software and non-profit organizations.  Nidia serves on the Western Ventura County Employers’ Advisory Council.  Nidia prides herself in creating partnerships with her clients to approach employment situation creatively while maintaining compliance and meeting business goals and objectives. Nidia holds Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Spanish Literature from UC Santa Barbara and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Jennifer Bartlett

HR ADMINISTRATOR

Jennifer has 15 years of training and management experience, as well as utilizing her certification in Coaching to establish lasting relationships to promote and implement motivational change.  Jennifer has worked with both large corporations and small businesses,  “My goal is to listen to each individual and create a realistic plan of action and accountability in all goals set forth” Jennifer is our newest member of the New Level Resources team and shares a supportive role within the organization.

Julie-Ann Sadler

SENIOR RECRUITER

Julie-Ann has over 15 years of experience as a professional recruiter in industries spanning healthcare, finance, manufacturing, entertainment and IT. Originally from London, UK, a former United Nations Employee in Geneva, Switzerland, obtained her French Degree from the University of Geneva. Julie-Ann has a passion for working with people including Human Resources Teammates, Hiring Managers, and of course Candidates.

 

Laura Bachrack

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING ASSOCIATE

Laura has 20 plus years in the staffing industry. Her core competencies are in business development, training and management with peripheral HR experience. Laura has partnered with small to medium size businesses and large corporations as well. Her business knowledge is vast having worked in the manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, and entertainment industries. Laura is passionate about helping people and businesses reach their short-term and long-term goals. "It's about being accessible and present for your clients. The relationships are critical and taking the time to understand your clients needs today and moving forward into the future.”

 

Fanny Gonzales Alarcon 

HR ASSOCIATE

Fanny is a Human Resources professional with over 9 years of experience from administration to management in the Human Resources realm. Fanny has experience in full cycle recruiting, employee relations, ethics, and compliance, employee development, and benefit management. She is an effective business partner with problem-solving strengths. She has supported clients which have or are working towards standardized quality management systems. Fanny is fluent in English and Spanish. She graduated from CSUCI with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with a Teaching and Learning Option. She then completed the Human Resource Management Professional Certificate from UCSB.

 

 

Olivia Jenkins 

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Olivia joined New Level Resources in 2015, bringing with her 5 years of experience in customer service and administration. Olivia provides clerical and administrative support to the New Level Resources team with first level assistance on issues related to HR matters.


 

 

 

Hadgar Alavi 

HR ASSOCIATE

Hadgar is a Human Resources professional, with over 9 years of combined academic and hands on experience in the field, knowledgeable in a variety of HR functions including employee relations, performance  & learning management, benefit administration, and corporate health & wellness. She holds a Masters Degree, in Human Resources & Employment Relations, with a concentration on Training & Development from Pennsylvania State University. “I’ve seen the benefits that effective trainings can have on developmental growth and am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of that connecting resource.”
